Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the values-based matching service provided by Gachi Match ("Service"), and define the rights and obligations between users and the Service.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. "Service" refers to the values survey and matching service provided by Gachi Match through its website (gachimatch.gnpg.ai).
  2. "User" refers to any individual who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
  3. "Matching" refers to connecting users with high values compatibility based on their survey responses.

Article 3 (Eligibility)

  1. The Service is available only to adults aged 18 or older.
  2. The Service is intended for residents of South Korea and the United States.
  3. Users must provide accurate information when participating in the survey. Users are responsible for any consequences arising from providing false information.

Article 4 (Service Description)

  1. The Service analyzes users' values through 30 questions and provides a values type report.
  2. Every Friday at noon (KST), users are matched with one person who has high values compatibility.
  3. Match results are individually notified, and only users who have given prior consent share nickname, Instagram ID, values type information, and match result information with each other.
  4. The Service is provided free of charge.

Article 5 (Service Limitations and Changes)

  1. The Service is operated as a side project and may be changed or discontinued with prior notice.
  2. Matching may not occur if there are insufficient participants in the matching queue.

Article 6 (User Obligations)

  1. Users must not impersonate others or provide false information.
  2. Users must not engage in behavior that causes discomfort to their matched partner, including stalking or harassment.
  3. Violation of the above may result in restriction of Service access.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

  1. The Service does not guarantee match results and is not responsible for any issues arising between users after matching.
  2. The Service is not responsible for service interruptions caused by force majeure, including natural disasters or system failures.
  3. Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide.

Article 8 (Personal Information Protection)

User personal information is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. For details, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Dispute Resolution)

  1. These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
  2. In the event of a dispute related to the use of the Service, both parties shall negotiate in good faith to reach an amicable resolution.
  3. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the courts of the Republic of Korea shall have jurisdiction.
  4. For users residing in the United States, these Terms are also governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

Article 10 (Amendments to Terms)

  1. These Terms may be amended as necessary, and any changes will be announced on the website.
  2. Users who do not agree to amended Terms may discontinue use of the Service and request deletion of their data.
